Hi, I'm sold on ACV! I have acid reflux and gastroporesis. A couple of years ago I had a reflux attack in the middle of the night and I tried my usual activity to get some relief without success. I had a bottle ACV in the cabinet. I took the recommend dose and got immediate relief! I've been taking it ever since. I need to lose 30# so I'm going to try taking ACV before meals as recommended. I'm on a very small fixed income and hope I can afford to do what I plan. My Family and I live in an Independent living retirement center and we have our meals prepared for us. Pray for me that I can be successful in my plan so I can regain my optimal health! I take 1 TBS of ACV before bed each night without fail. Thank you for sharing!
Usually I don't have time to enjoy reading books. My main use is limited to information or self help type. I rarely read them front yo back and just skim and use for reference. This one though is really quite interesting. Author stays objective which is nice because I like to read the information and not someone's opinion. I received this book in exchange for an honest review, well sorta, I had previously downloaded the free kindle version. Did not realize that I had already downloaded this book at the time that I requested it. I hadn't read it or looked at it yet, but once chosen to review it I felt obligated to dive in so that I could review as promised. Very glad I did, I'm gonna recommend this to my friends and family. We like the natural approach when it's possible and keep the old acv around for some ailments and personal care and I've checked all the websites for info over the years...love Earth Clinic....but there was Info here that I never ran across plus it was nice to have all the skeptical views and believer views in one place.

Once you get past the first chapter or so there is some great information in this book. The first section is a lot of stuff saying there is not a lot of scientific research about whether or not Apple cider vinegar really works and that you find a lot of contradictory evidence online. I really enjoyed the section on making your own Apple cider vinegar. The recipe seems well written, although I do not know that I am ready to venture into making it myself. There is also a section for how to pick the best store bought Apple cider vinegar. Once I got into the actual remedies in chapter 5 I was a lot more interested. There are apple cider remedies for all kinds of things I had not heard of, like swimmer's ear, acid reflux, and warts.I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
I originally ordered this book because I've heard of a lot of different ways that Apple Cider Vinegar can benefit you health and beauty, not just your cooking.I received my book and began reading it on my Kindle app on my tablet. I started and found familiar things about this product that I've known but also discovered things that I didn't know it was good for. For example, didn't know you could use it for muscle aches, acid reflux, leg cramps. I've only had the book for a couple of days but next week am going to start the Diet Plan.
