This is a great cookbook with interesting recipes. If you are looking to cut inflammation in your body try the recipes in this book. Also, eliminate all sugars for 30 days and see how you feel. I did it and the elimination of sugar helped reduce the pain from my arthritis.

The formulas are delightful and simple. Expectation it will change my eating conduct. Thanks author for this nice book, Recommended this book.

I purchased this cookbook hoping to get the meal plan together with the easy-to-cook recipes. There are no meal plans in here but the variety of recipes is so diverse anyone will be able to pick the idea he would love to try and include into their "must repeat" list. Some of the recipes have ingredients I had to look for – they are not on sale in my regular grocery store. Some of the recipes were time-consuming and needed extra work made to become edible. This cookbook is a nice adventure to have when you love to cook and need something new to diversify your diet.

This book by Elis Mars offers Easy-to-follow recipes that do not include the meal plans. I had to do the calorie count myself and collect the recipes in some kind of edible plan but apart from that the whole idea of anti-inflammatory diet and the possibilities it has to offer pleased me deeply. The food that doesn't cause inflammation is great and the selection of recipes in this cookbook is even more than great – I haven't felt as if I'm restricted in my diet in any way. Clear and accurate instructions make it possible for me to follow all the offered ideas just the way I'm supposed to.

Avocados are hands down the number one product for a big number of diets, and anti-inflammatory diet makes no exception. I found a variety of salads, soups, appetizers, desserts in this cookbook.

An anti-inflammatory diet is hard work only if you allow it to be. I have been following it for three years now, and I know the ideas I lack and the foods I would like to try. Mostly I found them in this cookbook so despite the absence of photographs and somewhat doubtful editing this cookbook is worth trying. Since I make what I like I was able to improvise with the recipes given, plan my meals the way I would like them to be and save a lot of time cooking strictly according to the instructions.

Of all the cookbooks I’ve ever tried to use this one seems to offer the most delicious recipes to try. It would make an easy and enjoyable addition to any diet – I’m a vegan, and trying to avoid gluten, soy, dairy, so I had to make certain tweaks to the recipes to make them suitable for the needs I have but apart from that this cookbook is a great deal at this price, since five hundred recipes are fairly enough to keep a home cook entertained for a long time.

Accurate nutritional info is a great advantage of this cookbook since now I'm able to make my own weekly meal plans and pick the recipes to my taste. I've been happy with the purchase for the last week, since there are certain inflammatory diseases within the family, and I've been forcibly moving the whole household towards an anti-inflammatory diet. I've been using this cookbook daily ever since the purchase, and I've never had a cookbook I used daily ever before. Half an hour or less on the prep-work is a nice figure, and even though my kids of 6 and 7 don’t like every meal that is offered to them, they basically eat everything, and it’s a huge plus for me.
