I bought this signed copy of You Are Special for my husband for Christmas from a local used bookstore, and each morning we would read a few pages of Mr. Rogers's wisdom and philosophy to start our day. It was insightful and nostalgic for two Gen Xers. Lovely book that evoked nice memories and discussions.
This is a book that has small snippets of advice and guidance on the major subjects of child rearing. I try to read one page a day to help keep my perspective in the classroom.
