"The Golden Rules" chapter he covers the principles that should be applied in any business, my favorite is the one which relates to formality and substance relating to meetings, in which he writes “Any meeting where we don’t laugh out loud is a miserable failure!â€. Never forget to laugh, running a business is fun.One of the chapters is called “Plan B … and Plan C and Plan D.†where he emphasizes the importance of using scenario mapping. The Plan F does not mean Plan Fail, but Plan F.And the story itself about the company which lost 90% of its market value and the comeback. The route to its rebirth makes for fascinating reading.

Well written and easy to read book about Nokias crisis and survival - transformation to a new company. Provides deeper insight and explanation not for only for those who worked at Nokia during those years, but also to those who don’t know Nokia’s history that well.
I picked this up after got a hint of this book’s existence and finish it in just a week. Very interesting and from perspective of the man who is in the center of Nokia transformation.For fan of business book and technical history, this is must read.
Transforming Nokia was an outstanding read! It truly was a powerful story of one of the most remarkable turnarounds in corporate history. I Highly recommend this book.
